In the next regional dinner of the 2015 series, Stefano Manfredi and the Balla team will highlight the Tuscan town of Lucca.

Celebrating the birth place of Balla’s head chef, Gabriele Taddeucci and Manfredi at Bells’ head chef Marco Ribechini, Stefano Manfredi and Julie Manfredi Hughes are inviting the two chefs to collaborate on a menu and share their favourite home dishes.
The town of Lucca embodies all that is admired about Italian cuisine; the freshest seasonal produce, handmade pasta, beans, saltless bread, fruity olive oil and herbs.
