Make Tingy Tangy Lemon Curd

Lemons can be prepared and served in many ways. In this class we will learn to make lemon curd from scratch, and taste some other desserts including tarts that can be made from lemon curd. With the view of nothing should go to waste, we will discuss along the way other uses for lemon curd byproducts (lemon skins and pith), as well as some unconventional ways of using lemon in our daily lives.
