Executive Chef Chris Irving will continue his love affair for uniting local producers by hosting monthly dinners at The Gantry Restaurant & Bar. Teaming up with Sydney’s favourite patisserie; Black Star Pastry, a decadent menu will feature. Knowledge on provenance will be shared throughout the evening by Executive chef, Chris Irving, Black Star Pastry Chefs, Eddie Stewart and Samuel Yeo, along with the winemaker of choice.
