Walk With Your Doc

Doctors, researchers and allied health professionals from Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH) and Sydney University are practicing what they preach by leading a local walk at Centennial Park (Sunday October 23).

It will be the first time an event of its kind will run in NSW. The 3km guided walk has been organised so participants get the benefits of a walk, and they will also get to hear about the latest information in keeping well from the attending health professionals.
