Yogala FREE Yoga Class Beach Breaks

Yogala will be running a FREE class on Sunday 27th july at 10.45am in conjunction with the Beach Breaks Carnival. The class will be held on the grass area close to the zebra crossing where the event will be held. The style will be dynamic and focused for strength and for all you surfers!! Improve your paddle strength and mobility, Reduce the risk on injury & Increase the awareness and connection with the ocean. It will be a great event, so come start it off with a Free Yogala class!!
