Pop-up Oyster and Cocktail Bar

The Trolley’d boys, Chris and Byron, are rolling in their repurposed Ansett Airline trolleys to the Tramsheds on Valentines night from 5-8pm. On February 14, those visiting the Tramsheds will be in for a real treat as Chris & Byron will be mixing and shaking their organic ingredients, native cordials and booze to make sumptuous pre-dinner cocktails in Artisan Lane. Fish & Co will be in their pop up Raw Oyster Bar, providing the perfect Valentines Day aphrodisiac, freshly shucked local oysters whilst the boys will be stirring things up with wild and unique drinks.
