Seda’s Dance Prayer Classes are mediative movement sessions to calm the mind, relax the body and re-energise the spirit.
Using movement and affirmations in a nurturing and private outdoor setting, Seda will lead you to connect with and release negative emotions and stress. Dance prayer classes allow you to listen to your mind and body, prevent stress related illness and ignite your personal power. Seda Star is a dancer, teacher and author who built her career on helping people to get moving and improve their health and wellbeing. This event runs every Saturday in Centennial Park.
