Meet the Author: Karen M. Davis

Karen Davis is a former New South Wales police officer,
starting her twenty year career as a uniform officer on
the streets of Sydney. She later became a detective and
undercover operative, investigating organised crime
and the bikie underworld.
Karen will share her experience with the police, her
struggles and management of Post-traumatic stress
disorder and how she became a crime fiction author.
These experiences have inspired her latest novel
Fatal Mistake.
