Nourishing the Kidneys with Yin Yoga

Winter is a time for inward reflection and the perfect time to nourish and nurture our kidneys. The kidneys are known as the storehouse of our vital energy or chi/prana, which can easily feel depleted during the colder months.

In this workshop you will practice a full Yin kidney sequence and learn about Yin and the kidneys on a physical, emotional, mental and energetic level.
