Surry Hills Festival – Double Take

This year’s Surry Hills Festival introduces the bold Double Take arts program, an initiative that the Surry Hills Neighbourhood Centre and local creatives, Esem Projects, have been working on with over 60 artists. From local actors recreating scenes from infamous Surry Hills moments, to site specific projection art and immersive experiences, the program will transform the heart of Surry Hills into a curated trail of projections and arts. Launching at Surry Hills Festival on Saturday 23 September, Double Take runs for three weeks until Sunday 15 October.
