Yoga Benefit for Japanese Tsunami Survivors

March 11 marks the 1st anniversary of the Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan. Thousands of people are still suffering from the effects of these disasters not only in Japan but around the world.

In Japan a special event, ICHI@3.11, will be held to embrace the themes of “harmony”, “hope” and “connection”.

Here in Sydney we will link with this event through these themes and healing sound using the Shumann Resonance.
