The Script Supervisor: Metro Screen
The Script Supervisor (Continuity Person) is a crucial crew member on any drama shoot. They work closely with the Director to ensure scenes are covered well and will cut together in the edit. They are required to keep detailed records of dialogue, action, costumes and props, so that different scenes and shots retain ‘continuity’. Their reports and notes are an invaluable reference point, not only for the Director, but also the Editor, to assess how each scene was shot. This course will cover all the essentials—you will gain a thorough understanding of the role.
