Headland/Heartland a pop up art exhibit.

This exhibition celebrates Mistral Point ( the North Headland of Maroubra where it rounds into Lurline Bay) with plein air paintings of the headland by artist Julie Cunningham, photographs by Katie Sheppard, paintings by Ben Ponte and Felicity Oswell…artists of the headland. It also commemorates the passing of a community and some of Maroubra’s history, due to development. It is happening in an iconic house – the original on the street – from a Wednesday night opening, April 1st 6 pm – 9pm, until the end of Easter. The house itself, going soon, holds much soul and history.
