Royal Botanic Garden: Eco dye workshop
During this two-day creative workshop you’ll use a variety of techniques, learning how to make beautiful unique patterns on fabrics, using plants easily found around your home and local environment. You will leave with your own piece of textile art as well as notes for experimenting further at home.
A sample pack of fabrics such as silk, wool and silk thread will be provided, as well as a scarf and cushion cover. Morning tea and lunch are included.
When: 17 & 18 May | 9.30am – 4pm
Where: Joseph Maiden Theatre, Royal Botanic Garden Sydney
