Harriet Sciberras will make use of her experience in mental health support work and health psychology research to explore the different types of stress and anxiety.

Drawing on best practice in psychology and current theory she will discuss options for both professional treatment and self-care.

This presentation will uncover simple and effective ways to recognise and settle stress and anxiety, with the opportunity to experience some simple calming techniques.

Practice of self-care techniques may open the door to relief from negative and limiting effects of stress and anxiety in our lives.
