Sustainable Seafood Week

The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) has announced the launch of Australia’s first ever Sustainable Seafood Week, happening 12-18 March 2018.

The week launches in Martin Place with a one-of-kind MSC Forever Wild Food Truck, serving up delicious sustainable seafood dishes with support from MSC Wild One ambassadors, including cook and health coach Scott Gooding (My Kitchen Rules) and Chef Bart Van Olphen (Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution).

The sustainable seafood truck and MSC-inspired pop up restaurant o-fish-ally opens for lunch in Martin Place on March 12, 13 and 15.
