Ali McGregor, the Opera soprano who ran away with the circus has gone on to become 1 of our most successful cabaret acts. Fresh from sell out tours around the world, an ARIA nomination & a starring role in Club Swizzle at the Opera House, she brings her award winning show to Hayes Theatre.
In Alchemy, Ali draws on all of her influences from opera, cabaret and trashy 80s pop divas for inspiration. Alongside the finest jazz musicians, she creates unique hybrids from pop songs, standards and blues.
Expect genre-defying versions of Madonna, Salt ‘n Pepa & Kiss, like they were sung by a 40s siren.
