Arise

The Summer Solstice is a time of celebration, of honouring the light, our connection to the Sun and the Earth. Every culture has festivals to honour this day and our ancestors around the earth built numerous monuments to commemorate this time.

This year in Sydney will be of no exception, as local music and dance collective Medicine Rhythms join forces with Chocolate Yoga and sacred artist and projectionist Aurelien Floret from Byron Bay to celebrate this day. Musicians include Declan Kelly, Rendra from the Rhythm Hunters and many more.
