This workshop explores solar asana such as Surya Namaskar, and teaches you how yang postures will activate creativity and personal will.

We will then translate this into an astrological context, showing you how your Sun Sign also describes ways in which you can harness your innate creativity and sense of purpose

The entire workshop is an extended meditation on your core motives and drives and how these can be activated to enhance your life experience.

You will receive a copy of your personal birthchart and an asana series that you can take home to practice on your own.
