Banksia Babies

Parents and baby are guided through movement songs and finger plays followed by discovery play with a nature treasure basket and sensory tubs. Parents receive safety and hygiene tips for starting their own treasure basket collection or activities to make and try at home. Science and nature themes differ each month.

September (7, 9 & 11) – Using visually stimulating liquid toys and sensory tubs, babies explore liquids can be thin and runny or slow and thick. Our ocean and pond sensory tubs are fun for pouring liquids into containers and seeing what items float and others that sink!
