Award winning Chef and food scientist Galit Segev will share her secrets for perfect bread, from simple fresh ingredients to basic techniques that you can use at home time and time again. Galit’s passion for bread has seen her develop her own range of bread which will be available to sample and buy at the workshop. Her mission is to encourage families to bake their own healthy bread without stress
