Charity Training Session

On September 28th, South Coogee personal training studio Coastal Bodies will be raising money for the Sydney Children’s hospital. We will be holding an open training session and BBQ for anyone to attend. All proceeds will be matched by Coastal Bodies and entirely given to the Hospital.
The training session will take place on 203 Malabar Rd, South Coogee between 11am – 12 pm on Saturday 28th. The session will be a mixed circuit session and is ideal for people of all fitness levels.
