Celebrate the festive season on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with a very special degustation menu at celebrated fine dining destination, The Gantry Restaurant.

Perfectly framed against the backdrop of Sydney Harbour, the Christmas degustation menu has been especially crafted by Executive Chef Joel Bickford for the festive occasion.

The five-course journey features some of Australia’s best produce including crab, duck, butterfish and lamb and ends on a sweet note of chocolate, coconut and cherry.
