The night will include a premium five course dinner, perfectly paired with Craggy Range Wines, hosted by Founder of Craggy Range Terry Peabody, Director of Craggy Range Mary-Jeanne Hutchison and ARIA’s Head Sommelier Paul Beaton. Featuring such delightful offerings as Peking duck consommé with shaved abalone and shitake mushroom matched with the 2013 Aroha Pinot Noir from the Craggy Range Prestige Collection, this is an experience not to be missed.
