Whether at peak fitness after winter sports, or wanting to get into shape for summer, if you are a team player and enjoy being on the water, give dragon boating a try.
All equipment and coaching provided. Everyone over 12 years welcome.?
Meet: Vickery Ave, Rose Bay. Sunday, September 25 at 10am.
You may get wet- wear shoes/thongs, bring a water bottle, wear sunscreen and a hat, and dry clothes for after your paddle.
Barbecue provided afterwards.
