East Dragons Come-and-Try Open Day

Come and try Australia’s fastest growing team water sport: dragon boat paddling! East Dragons are having an Open Day Sunday May 5th from 9am till 10.30am followed by a sausage sizzle! A great opportunity for you to try the sport, as well as get a wonderful upper body and arm work-out, all while on beautiful Sydney Harbour. Open to males and females, 12 years and older, of all fitness levels. It’s a water sport, so you might get wet!
