Film & Feast: Polyfaces

Continuing on with Permaculture Month, Transition Bondi will screen Polyfaces, a joyful film about connecting to the land and the regeneration of landscapes, communities, economies, health and most importantly soils. Set amidst the stunning Shenandoah Valley in northern Virginia, USA, Polyface Farm is led by the “the world’s most innovative farmer” Joel Salatin and feeds over 6,000 families without the use of chemicals as well as restaurants and food outlets within a 3-hour foodshed. Come out for an inspiring night about how to provide quality produce without depleting our planet.
