First Hand Aboriginal Black markets

Nearly 2000 visitors have come through the gates of Bare Island to enjoy the First Hand Aboriginal Workshops and Black markets with the next market day on Sunday May 4, promising an ever increasing range of authentic Aboriginal products on show.

With didgeridoo and dance performances by local dance groups, an acoustic sound stage along with a traditional smoking ceremony, the day is a mini-festival for all the family showcasing Aboriginal culture through entertainment, bush tucker foods and art and crafts.
