Flow to live music overlooking VIVID

BodyMindLife has teamed up with Lululemon and AMP as part of Amplify Festival for a magical practice held on the 26th floor of AMP at Circular Quay.

Led by the studio’s senior teachers Ari Levanael, Sam Belyea and Ange Mitchell, you’ll move to the sounds of Soul Drummer and have one of the best views of the incredible light show in the city.
