Food As Medicine – Bondi Farmers Market

Lee, Georgia and Belinda, three Sydney-based believers, who have created successful businesses centered on a “food as medicine” approach to nutrition, will be hosting a series of workshops and demonstrations at the Bondi Farmers Markets to continue their efforts to spread the message at a grass roots level.

They will be covering a range of topics on how food as medicine can complement solutions for health issues such as autoimmunity, fertility and the relationship between people’s gut and their overall health.
