Forest Bathing Walk
Our Forest Bathing Walk is the antidote to high-stress, fast-paced modern lives. Studies have shown that being outside in nature has many health outcomes for your mind, body and soul.
Informed by the Japanese practice of “shinrin yoku” or “forest bathing”, this type of mindful walking is calming and soothing to the nervous system and can help boost your immune system.
Sessions involve: •Guided meditation
•Sensory awareness walks
