Free Eco Meditation
Eco meditation is an ideal way to become aware of the natural world around us. Learn and practice Eco Meditation and experience the benefits. These free sessions, run by Greenfriends in Centennial Park, will be held from 8.00 am-9.00 am on the fourth Saturday of the month. They will start with some light stretching. The “working bees” fall on or near the Equinox and Solstice dates. We hope you will join us for a lovely morning of relaxation. This is a free event, however please reserve your spot by emailing mark.secombe@cp.nsw.gov.au
