Free Eco-meditation
Eco meditation is opportunity to experience mindfulness in the serene presence of nature. Learn and practice Eco Meditation and experience the benefits. These free sessions run by Greenfriends will start at 8.00 am with some light stretching, followed by Eco Meditation. The session concludes with chai and chat and a 1 hour clean-up after each meditation (voluntary)
