Happy Hexies (patchwork sewing)

English paper piecing hand sewn patchwork is a simple and traditional quilt making technique, using paper templates. It’s easy, fun and just a little addictive. It’s also a flexible, portable hobby you can take and work on just about anywhere, and a great way to recycle scraps of fabric.

We’ll hear a short history of English paper piecing, learn the piecing techniques, and make a small pin cushion in lovely cotton fabric.
