Introduction to Screenwriting with Metro Screen
6th February to 20th March 2013, 6.15pm to 9.15pm
This course introduces participants to the basics of screenwriting. Participants will develop an understanding of effective storytelling, dialogue and industry standard formatting. Learn how to hone your story concept into a work that is compelling and unique. Develop solid techniques to help with characterisation, genre and plot types. Participants are encouraged to bring their own scripts if they have projects in progress. (But this is by no means essential.)
