Kids, Toddler & Tweens Yoga at The Shala

Kids | Toddler | Tweens Yoga at Dharma Shala is essentially taught through storytelling. A story that takes them through Yoga poses as animals and nature elements, with a message of how to navigate socially and emotionally relevant issues. These are tailored to each relevant age group. We use action songs for fun and movement, visualisation and breath awareness as relaxation techniques.The Yoga poses are developmentally and age appropriately designed to each child’s need during class.
