Kids Yoga in the Park

Yoga is a fun way for children to develop important skills like strength, coordination and body awareness, as well as better focus and concentration. Our classes interweave storytelling, songs, games and yoga poses and are based on mindfulness techniques to help children with self-confidence and relaxation in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Mums can use this time to join the Mums Group Fitness. See our website for further details.
