KMYOGA Open Days

To celebrate their launch, KMYOGA are opening their doors at Level 1, 28 Spring St, Bondi Junction and welcoming the local community to open days on Saturday, November 12 and Sunday, November 13 from 8:30am until 1:00pm.

KMYOGA invites people to enjoy complimentary talks, classes, food and entertainment.

Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the benefits of Kundalini yoga, family yoga and gong meditation as well as take part in short classes that will demonstrate how these practices can improve both the mind and the body.
