Celebrating the birth place of Manfredi at Bells’ head chef Marco Ribechini and Balla’s head chef, Gabriele Taddeucci, Stefano Manfredi and Julie Manfredi Hughes are inviting the two chefs to collaborate on a menu and share their favourite home dishes.
At what will be a very exclusive dinner with only 20 seats available, guests will enjoy the very best dishes from the town of Lucca.
