Local Chefs Donate Time to Bondi’s OBK

Community kitchen, Our Big Kitchen (OBK) helps those in need, individuals going through hard times and those less fortunate.

This month, head chef of the Bucket List, Tom Walton will join Last Tuesday’s Diner to help students whip up an impressive three-course meal. Starting off with a salad of baby beetroots with new season blood orange, pomegranate, radicchio, almonds, and mint, following by roast chicken with caramelised brussel sprouts, crushed Jerusalem artichoke and chimichurri.
