Making Decisions for a Better World – O
Drawing on on teachings by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and work done by the US-based Tenzin Gyatso Institute; this workshop provides practical tools to develop discernment, broaden our perspective and cultivate a caring attitude toward ourselves and the others we meet in everyday life.
It explores secular ethics: a practical decision-making framework that incorporates the essential tools of awareness, mindfulness and compassion that people, from all walks of life, can apply in their daily and professional lives – especially relevant for those of us aspiring to be leaders in the workplace.
