This week’s class is all about goat! It’s our very special Butchery and BBQ class and we are teaming up with Feather and Bone‘s Butcher Tim Casey! For the sustainable meat lovers, we will be debuting a Boer milk-fed goat which has been lovingly pasture raised by The Gourmet Goat Lady using the best farm practices. Mountain Goat Beer will also be here to tell us the story behind their brewery that is producing some of the best craft beer in Australia.
