Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
A 9-session, 8-week course based on intensive training in mindfulness meditation, a simple yet effective skill to help you notice the present moment and not let it slip away unrecognised.
Being mindful will help bring stability to mind and body, help you cope better, relax more, stress less and find balance in your daily life.
The course is supported by CDs and resource material.
Two hour sessions per week plus one full day intensive.
