Mindfulness for Busy People
In our busy modern world we often feel like we have too much to do and not enough time to do it. We feel stressed and overwhelmed, unable to stay focused and unable to stay at peace. Although we try to relax we often feel like our busy life is an obstacle to our ability to be happy and enjoy ourselves.
On this day course, Buddhist nun Kelsang Lhachog will explain how the practice of mindfulness can transform the way we live our life, enabling us to make all of our daily interactions both joyful and rewarding.
