Molecular Gastronomy Workshop

Working with food can be a creative, surprising and even scientific experience. Food Scientist and Chef Galit Segev will work with children‟s natural curiosity and love of food to reveal cooking secrets, food chemistry and kitchen magic. Hands-on opportunities and taste testing are of course on the menu. Bookings are essential. Parents must inform presenter of any relevant allergies or illness.
