NEW ENERGY – DAVID ASHER BROOK
ART EXHIBITION –
David Asher Brook has been experimenting with turning the
painting black and then turning it white again, combining this with
patterns that insure the images composition. He says that when he
paints a nose he often turns it right and left and right again until it
somehow feels right.
David has been a three times finalist in the NSW Parliament Plein Air Painting Prize and in
2010 he won the Waverley Art Oil Painting Prize. David has held a
number of solo and group shows and performs frequently as a live
artist in collaboration with musicians and other performers.
