BUBFit by SPEEDOS Bondi will be hosting an exclusive FREE Pilates class to celebrate Australian National Women’s Health Week.

This mums and bubs Pilates class is designed to ease back into exercise in a safe and gentle way. Pilates is fantastic to strengthen and lengthen the body.

The picnic will be a wonderful chance to meet local parents and relax after our pilates class.
We ask all guests to BYO food or bring a plate.
