Bombay Sapphire invites you on a sensory adventure to the ends of the earth, where the gin’s botanicals are sourced.
An immersive experience of cocktails, food, and creative technology in collaboration with TA-KU, Studio Neon and Australia’s best cocktail bars.
Project Botanicals is an immersive bar experience where you will wander through sensory destinations representing Bombay Sapphire’s worldly botanical locations. There will be space to lounge and enjoy the atmosphere, however there will be no allocated seating as it will not be a seated dining experience as in previous years.
