Pure Bier Fest launches across Sydney

Setting the challenge to all Mitmenschen, Bavarian Bier Café’s annual bier (not beer) festival, Pure Bier Fest, will return this May, with a range of tempting deals on offer across its eight Sydney venues and the chance for true bier lovers to become the ultimate Bavarian Bier Café ‘Man’ or ‘Woman’.

Pure Bier Fest is a month-long celebration of the German Bier Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot). Arguably the best consumer law ever made, the 1516 legislation declares that pure German bier can only contain four ingredients; hops, malt, yeast and water – the Bavarian Bier Café’s secret to great bier.
