REACH Program for Depression or Bipolar

This Black Dog Institute R.E.A.C.H program runs each Tuesday for nine weeks from 9 October to 4 December.

The R.E.A.C.H program is aimed at people over 18 years who have lived with a diagnosis of depression or a bipolar disorder for more than a year.

The program provides information and practical strategies to create a stay well plan for each participant.

To be eligible participants must be committed to attend for the 9 sessions and be able to participate in a group situation, acknowledge their illness and be motivated to implement personal change.
